John Groh, Ph.D. started selling real estate in the Valley in 1978, focusing on land and commercial properties. After a number of multi-million dollar years he moved to the field of residential real estate. John grew up in Missouri and attended Concordia Senior College and the University of Chicago, where he was awarded a Ph.D. in European history. He also holds three masters degrees and is a retired USAF colonel and ordained Lutheran clergyperson. According to John, "The purpose of education and my broad experience in interpersonal relations is to make buying and selling easier for you." Nancy Groh helped John in real estate for many years as an unlicensed assistant. In 2000 she obtained her real estate license and now takes an active role in finding, previewing and showing dream homes for our buyers. Nancy grew up in New York, Massachusetts and Indiana and received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa. She has lived in Scottsdale since 1978. |
